Scope

By using "Study Run", you accept these terms. The app serves educational purposes and combines AI content analysis with gamification elements.

1. Fair Use & Technical Limitations

To ensure fair usage and system stability for all users, the following technical limits apply:

Document Limits: The maximum file size per upload is 150 MB. Documents must not exceed 1,000 pages.
Generation Limits: Standard users can generate up to 10 quiz sets per day. Pro users can generate up to 50 sets per day. Questions can be manually selected to be generated in either English or German.
Spam Protection (Rate Limit): Automated or excessively rapid requests are prohibited. The system limits requests to 3 generations per minute per user.
Storage (History): Standard users can store a maximum of 20 quiz sets in their history. Pro users can store up to 100 sets.
Editor Restrictions: When manually editing or adding questions within the app, inputs are restricted to a maximum of 500 characters for the question and 500 characters for each answer option.

2. Liability for AI Content

Quiz questions are automatically generated by Google Gemini AI. No guarantee is made for the correctness or completeness of these questions. The user is responsible for verifying the learning content.

3. Premium Services & Subscriptions

Purchases (Credits/Pro Status) are processed via the Google Play Store. Refunds are subject to Google's policies. We do not guarantee 100% availability of cloud servers.

Handling Your Data

Security and transparency are important to us. We process data only to the extent necessary.

Analyzed Files

Uploaded documents are transmitted securely to Vertex AI (Google Cloud), analyzed there, and deleted immediately from our cloud storage after the questions have been extracted.

Account, Storage & Usage Limits

Your email, game progress, and quiz history are stored in Google Firebase to enable cross-platform access. To enforce our fair use limits, we also securely store request timestamps (for rate limiting) and daily usage counters linked to your account.

Delete Account and Data

You have full control over your data at all times.

Automatic Method

Use the "Delete Account" button directly in the app settings.

Manual Method

Send an email to webmaster@roger-online.ch with your username.

Note: Deletion is permanent. All high scores, purchased credits, and histories will be irrevocably removed.
